We have a client with a Windows SBS 2003 R2 server. My tech just reloaded AMMYY version 2.12 and now when I log in to add a client under "settings"> "AMMYY Permissions" it now says "AMMYY permissions are protected from remote operator access" to enter this feature. What's up with that??

You need to do local, it's made to protect permissions from remote operator
